We've had babies traveling from all over for newborn portraits since we've been at our new location in Bolton. We're just off Route 495, which makes it easy for families coming from the North Shore and South Shore, as well as Worcester, Boston and everywhere in between.
Our new studio is geared around providing an incredible newborn experience and beautiful natural light portraits for our clients. Equipped with heaters, props, bowls, baskets, hats, bows and wraps, plus a changing station with everything new parents need to keep baby comfy. We've been so busy with our client families that I haven't had a moment to share what we've been creating.

Another newborn baby boy in our new studio in Bolton MA! While he is literally a brand new subject, his family - mom, dad and big brother - are repeat clients that we were thrilled to have back to celebrate the birth of their second baby boy. Little love bug.
I loved snuggling this one. Congrats S&R. I always love working with you to create wall-worthy celebrations of your life & love.
This beautiful family traveled from Medford MA for their newborn portrait session with me. Incredibly kind and caring, they first headed to the gorgeous fields around our studio in Central Mass for outdoor maternity portraits, which ended up being my favorite maternity session of all time. The light, the fields, the love of these two beautiful parents together as they awaited the arrival of their newborn baby boy, was nothing short of magical. You can see their maternity session here.
We waited patiently for their little man, who was not so little after all. Perfect skin, a full head of hair, and a perfectly sweet demeanor while awake or sleeping. He was my very first session at our newly-finished natural light newborn portrait photography studio in Bolton MA.
Snug as a bug, handsome little man. N&T, thank you so much for choosing me to create his first portraits. I've loved celebrating his new life with you.
This doll! I photographed this little love's newborn portraits last summer at our studio in Westminster, and it was so good to have her in to our new photography studio in Bolton MA for her 6 month photo session. She's the sweetest, and she played along through FIVE different outfits, happy from start to finish. Here's her serious face...silly, happy faces to come, but this one is just so sweet I had to share!
We opened our new studio in Bolton MA in the midst of the busy (crazy busy) holiday season and I am in LOVE. It's even better than I hoped. Here's a sampling of some of our recent newborn sessions. The natural light is soft and beautiful on these little loves.
Its truly amazing how quickly the littlest stage of new life goes by. Nearly every new parent tells me how different their newborn baby looks even just two weeks after their newborn portrait session. Which is why its so important to capture this precious moment before it has past. For these parents, this beautiful fleeting moment is saved for them, to be enjoyed on their walls and in their albums for a lifetime long after little is grown.
Sweet. Soft. Innocent. Your new little love.
Quite possibly the most beautiful portrait session I have ever photographed. Pregnancy is such a beautiful and fleeting moment that brings so much joy. Nora makes pregnancy look incredible - she felt great and absolutely had the new mommy glow people talk about pregnancy bringing, that not all of us are so blessed to get. They headed out from Medford MA for their sunset field maternity session in the most beautiful portrait setting in Central Mass. Absolutely storybook. I'll be photographing their little love in early December, so check back. I'm sure he'll be a beauty, and without a doubt, so incredibly loved.
Well, hello there little love!
We're in the dog days of summer in Massachusetts...but one of the benefits of the heat is the ability to photograph newborn + family portraits outside! We heat our newborn photography studio to 85+ degrees, and Mother Nature decided to match us so we could capture beautiful family portraits for K&R and their sweet little girl. Snug as a bug in a rug. In the lush, green countryside!
Kaitline & Rich selected this one as a 30x40 print for their living room wall. It should be in this week and its like waiting for Christmas day to arrive. I can't wait to see it!
After beautiful outdoor family portraits, we moved down the road to our newborn photography studio to create sweetly posed newborn portrait art. She slept soundly the entire time which means we got to shoot extra sets, which came together perfectly in their 8x8 Newborn Portrait Album and 20x20 Framed Collage (scroll down to see!).
Remember this gorgeous expecting couple? (More of their maternity session here)
They are now gorgeous, loving, exhausted parents of a beautiful newborn baby girl! This little love was so agreeable to having her picture taken that we have oodles of beautiful portraits mom and dad will soon be taking home in a custom newborn album. It was tough to choose, but here are some of my favorite from this little love's session.
It's not often that I venture away from the studio for newborn portrait sessions. It's a good amount of work to pack up all of the newborn props & accessories, heater, lighting and photo gear, but this new family of three made it totally worth it. This handsome baby boy slept the entire time. Only exception is captured below in the one picture with his eyes open. I think he was just proving he could do it...then he settled right back into his happy slumber without so much as a sigh. As if his deep sleep didn't make me love him enough, he smiled throughout the session from start to finish. Here are some of my favorites from their in-home newborn session.
